Your Estate Trustee is the person that will help probate your estate, file the documents with the Court, have the authority to pay taxes, medical bills, and funeral costs, property or pay the cost of settling your estate. Your estate trust can be your spouse.

In your Will, you can make specific request for your funeral arrangements. You can also write a letter of instructions and provide that to your loved ones, which is not included in your will.
